JugnuCRM vs TeleCRM
TeleCRM keeps calling on your agents' phones and charges per user. We run the calls from a server and charge one flat fee. The crossover is around eleven callers.
TeleCRM is a well-known Indian telecalling CRM with one of the simplest pricing stories in the category: ₹799 per user per month billed annually, with no add-ons. Its calling is SIM-based — their own site says it deliberately avoids VoIP.
That is a real design decision, not a gap. SIM calling is simpler, needs no telephony setup, and avoids VoIP call-quality problems on poor connections. If your team is small and spread out, it is a sensible way to build the product.
It also means two things their site states plainly: no number masking, and no advanced VoIP. Their call tracking is Android-optimised and not available on iOS. Whether those matter depends entirely on what you sell and who answers your phones.
The differences that decide it
Eleven callers is the crossover
At ₹799 per user, ten agents cost about ₹7,990 a month against our flat ₹8,500. At twenty-five they cost roughly ₹20,000 and we still cost ₹8,500. Below ten TeleCRM is cheaper and we will say so.
No number masking, by their own description
Their site lists number masking and advanced VoIP among features not included. If you are in real estate, lending or recovery, where buyer and seller numbers must stay hidden from agents, that is decisive. If you sell your own product to your own leads, it may not matter at all.
Android only for call tracking
TeleCRM's call tracking is Android-optimised and not available on iOS. Most Indian calling floors run Android, so this is often irrelevant — but if your managers or senior agents carry iPhones, check it before you commit.
SIM calling versus server calling
Theirs uses the agent's SIM, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to break, and the minutes come from each agent's mobile plan. Ours runs from a server, so calls come from your business numbers, agents' personal numbers are never exposed, and true predictive pacing is possible.
They are better at catching leads
TeleCRM captures leads natively from WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Ads, incoming calls and website forms. If most of your leads arrive from paid social, that is genuinely less work than building the same thing against our API.
Their pricing is simpler than ours
One number, per user, no add-ons. Ours has a per-user option and a flat team plan and you have to work out which is cheaper. Simplicity is worth something, and theirs is simpler.
Pick the one that matches your team
Fewer than ten callers
TeleCRM. The per-user maths favours them, and there is no telephony to configure.
Twelve or more callers
JugnuCRM. Our flat fee stops moving while a per-user plan keeps climbing.
Real estate, lending or recovery
JugnuCRM. Number masking is the deciding feature and TeleCRM states it does not have it.
Most leads arrive from Facebook or Google Ads
TeleCRM. Native capture from those sources is built in, where we would quote you API work.
Any agent on an iPhone
JugnuCRM, or check carefully. TeleCRM's call tracking is Android-only.
You need inbound IVR routing
JugnuCRM. Smart IVR puts the caller's history on screen before the agent answers.
You want one simple price and no decisions
TeleCRM. ₹799 per user, no add-ons, nothing to work out.
Stock advisory or anything audited
JugnuCRM. Centralised recordings, role-based access and an audit trail that outlives staff turnover.

How to decide in ten minutes
Count your callers
Under ten, TeleCRM is cheaper. Over twelve, we are. Between the two, it comes down to features rather than price.
Ask one question about numbers
Do your agents need to see customer phone numbers? If the answer is no, you need number masking and that settles it.
Check what your agents carry
All Android, and TeleCRM is fine. Any iPhones doing calling, and confirm with them first.
Then trial both on the same leads
Run the same list through both with the same callers for a week and compare connects per hour.

Questions people ask when comparing these two
Is TeleCRM cheaper than JugnuCRM?
Below about eleven callers, yes. At ₹799 per user billed annually, ten agents cost roughly ₹7,990 a month against our flat ₹8,500 for up to 25. Past eleven the flat plan wins, and at twenty-five agents the gap is large — about ₹20,000 against ₹8,500.
Does TeleCRM have number masking?
No. Their own site lists number masking and advanced VoIP among the things it does not include. That is a deliberate product decision, not an oversight — they have built around SIM calling. For real estate, lending and recovery it is usually a deal-breaker; for a firm calling its own leads it may not matter.
Does TeleCRM work on iPhone?
Their site says call tracking is Android-optimised and not available on iOS. Most Indian calling floors are Android so this rarely blocks anyone, but confirm it with them if any of your callers use iPhones.
What does TeleCRM do better than JugnuCRM?
Three things honestly. It is cheaper for small teams. It captures leads natively from WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Ads and incoming calls, where we would build that for you. And its pricing is simpler than ours — one per-user number with no add-ons.
What does JugnuCRM do better?
Number masking, a server-side predictive dialer rather than SIM dialling, smart IVR for inbound, iOS as well as Android, and a flat price that stops increasing once you pass eleven callers.
Why does SIM calling versus server calling matter?
With SIM calling the customer sees your agent's personal number, and that number leaves with the agent. With server calling the customer sees your business number, recordings sit centrally rather than on handsets, and the dialer can pace ahead of your agents instead of dialling one at a time.
Can we move our data from TeleCRM?
Yes. Leads, contacts, call history and notes can be exported and imported, and we run a test migration first so you can check everything landed before cutover.
