JugnuCRM vs Runo

Runo's per-user price is lower than ours. Whether your monthly bill is lower depends entirely on how many callers you have and who pays for the minutes.

Runo is a mobile-first telecalling CRM: an auto dialer with a CRM behind it, where calls go out through your agent's own SIM. Their own FAQ puts it plainly โ€” your SIM handles the calls, Runo handles everything else. JugnuCRM dials from a server instead, so the calls are ours end to end.

That matters for the bill. A per-user software fee is not the same as your monthly cost of calling. With a SIM-based product you are also paying for a mobile plan per agent, and possibly for call recording as an add-on. With ours you pay one flat fee up to 25 users.

We make JugnuCRM, so weigh this accordingly. The arithmetic below is honest, including the sizes where Runo costs you less โ€” which is most small teams.

Where the money actually goes

The crossover is around eight to ten callers

Below that, Runo is cheaper and we will tell you so. Our flat โ‚น8,500 covers up to 25 users, so the more callers you add, the better it looks โ€” at 25 agents it is roughly a third of what a per-user plan costs.

SIM-based calling moves a cost rather than removing it

Runo does not charge you per minute because the minutes are not theirs. Each agent needs a phone and a plan with enough outgoing minutes, which on a floor of twenty is a real monthly line item that never appears on the software invoice.

Check what their published price actually is

Runo's own site says plans start from โ‚น199 per user per month. Third-party listings show โ‚น599 to โ‚น899 per user depending on how long you commit. Those are very different numbers, so get today's figure from them directly before you compare anything.

Recording may be extra

Runo lists call recording as an add-on. For most calling floors recording is not optional, so add its price to their quote before comparing. Ours is in the plan.

Commitment length changes the price

Runo's cheapest per-user rate needs a yearly commitment; quarterly costs noticeably more. Our monthly plan has no lock-in, and our yearly plan saves โ‚น12,000.

Whose number appears on the customer's phone

With SIM dialling the call comes from the agent's own number, which follows them when they leave. A server-side dialer calls from your business numbers, and number masking hides contact details from agents entirely.

Pick the one that matches your team

Fewer than eight callers

Runo. The per-user maths favours them at that size, there is a 10-day free trial, and setup takes minutes. Our flat plan would cost you more than it saves.

Ten or more callers at desks

JugnuCRM. This is where a flat fee and a server-side predictive dialer pay for themselves, and where per-user pricing starts to hurt.

Field agents, out all day

Runo. It is built mobile-first and the SIM does the work, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to depend on but mobile signal.

You want AI call summaries and QA scoring

Runo. They offer AI transcription, summaries, sentiment analysis and quality scoring as a core part of the product, and it is a genuinely strong feature set.

Leads arrive from JustDial or Housing.com

Runo has those integrations prebuilt, along with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Facebook. We would build it against our REST API, which is custom work you pay for.

Stock advisory, broking or anything audited

JugnuCRM. Recordings held centrally rather than on handsets, role-based access so each advisor sees only their own clients, and an export that still works years later.

You need inbound as well as outbound

JugnuCRM. Smart IVR routes inbound callers to the right team with their history already on screen.

Agent numbers must stay private

JugnuCRM. Number masking keeps customer and agent contact details hidden, which matters in real estate, lending and recovery.

Work out your own number in ten minutes

  1. Get today's price from Runo

Ask for the per-user rate at your commitment length, and whether call recording is included or an add-on.

  2. Multiply by your headcount

Per-user price times callers. Then add the monthly mobile plan you would need per agent for the call volume you actually do.

  3. Compare against one flat figure

โ‚น8,500 a month covers up to 25 users with the dialer, Click2Call and recording included. GST extra on both sides.

  4. Then stop comparing spreadsheets

Take Runo's 10-day trial and our free demo, run the same lead list through both with the same callers, and compare connects per hour. That number decides it, not the price.

Questions people ask when comparing these two

Is Runo cheaper than JugnuCRM?

Below roughly eight to ten callers, usually yes. Above that, no. Runo charges per user; we charge โ‚น8,500 a month flat for up to 25 users with calling included. At 25 agents a per-user plan at โ‚น599 comes to about โ‚น15,000 before anyone has made a call, and the mobile plans sit on top of that.

Why do I see two different Runo prices?

Their own site says plans start from โ‚น199 per user per month, while third-party directory listings show โ‚น599 to โ‚น899 per user depending on commitment length. We do not know which applies to which tier, and we are not going to guess on their behalf. Ask them directly โ€” and if a published price turns out not to be the price, that is useful to learn before you sign rather than after.

Does Runo include the call minutes?

Calls run through your agent's own SIM, so the minutes come from that agent's mobile plan, not from Runo. That is not a hidden charge โ€” it is clearly how the product works โ€” but it belongs in your monthly total. On a floor of twenty it is a meaningful amount.

Is a flat plan better than per-user pricing?

Only above a certain headcount. Under about ten callers a per-user plan is cheaper and more flexible, and you should take it. Flat pricing wins when you are adding seats, because your bill does not move.

What does Runo do better than JugnuCRM?

Three things honestly. It is mobile-first, so field teams are better served. Its AI transcription, summarisation and QA scoring are a stronger feature set than ours. And it has prebuilt integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, JustDial and Housing.com, where we would quote you custom API work.

What does JugnuCRM do better?

Server-side predictive dialling that paces ahead of your agents, a smart IVR for inbound, number masking, recordings stored centrally rather than on handsets, and a flat price that stops moving once you pass ten callers.

Can we trial both?

Yes, and it is the only comparison that settles anything. Runo offers a 10-day free trial with no card. We set up a free demo on your own process. Use the same lead list and the same callers for both.
